Skills
- Experience in a automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect tires for wear and damage, and recommend replacements as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and brake inspections.
- Assist in basic mechanical services such as battery replacements, air filter changes, and wiper blade installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Use proper tools and safety equipment at all times.
- Complete work orders and vehicle service reports accurately and timely.
- Communicate any issues or required repairs to service advisors or supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with work performed.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire installation and maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in automotive repair is essential.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in tire services and general automotive maintenance required.
- Familiarity with tire mounting/balancing machines and hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
