Skills

• Experience in a automotive repair environment is preferred.
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for a variety of vehicles.
• Inspect tires for wear and damage, and recommend replacements as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and brake inspections.
• Assist in basic mechanical services such as battery replacements, air filter changes, and wiper blade installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Use proper tools and safety equipment at all times.
• Complete work orders and vehicle service reports accurately and timely.
• Communicate any issues or required repairs to service advisors or supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with work performed.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire installation and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in automotive repair is essential.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in tire services and general automotive maintenance required.
• Familiarity with tire mounting/balancing machines and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
