Oil Change Technician - Canton, NC

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Maintenance
  • Perform oil changes, including draining old oil and replacing filters.
  • Check and top off various fluids, such as engine oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, antifreeze, and brake fluid.
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire pressure.
  • Inspect and replace filters, hoses, and other components as needed.
  • Vehicle Inspections
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues.
  • Check for leaks, worn parts, and other problems.
  • Explain identified issues and recommend necessary repairs to customers.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
  • Explain services and repair options to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Clean and lubricate parts and components.
  • Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
