The Intern will work hands-on in the day-to-day operations and get a real experience of what it's like to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment. This role will primarily involve administrative duties, customer service, and process coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of our repair shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Work under the supervision of the management team to learn about office procedures, customer service, and running a successful business.
3. Handle customer inquiries over the phone and in person, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
4. Aid in scheduling appointments, maintaining the office calendar, and coordinating with the repair team for efficient service execution.
5. Assist with paperwork, including logging service requests, invoicing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
6. Support the team in inventory management, ordering supplies and tools as necessary.
7. Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of the office.
8. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
9. Observe and learn from all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, finance, and human resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Outstanding customer service skills.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
7. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
